Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
½ cup strawberries or other berries
1 packet of sugar substitute
¾ cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk

Directions

Mix in a blender or food processor. Keep in mind that you may have to add ice or use frozen fruit if you really want to serve it cold.
